Staffbeat was founded in Denmark in 2024 by Lars Rossau and Claus Hornbæk Nielsen, who have worked together for more than 20 years and previously founded two SAP consulting businesses that were later acquired by large Nordic and German groups. From the beginning, the company has been supported by investors and advisors Frank Larsen, CEO of Rockwool Nordics, and Klaus Nyengaard, CEO of Saltfoss Energy and former CEO of Just Eat, bringing together deep expertise in manufacturing, employee engagement, and enterprise SaaS.
