Staffbeat was founded in 2024 in Denmark by Lars Rossau, Claus Hornbæk Nielsen, Klaus Nyengaard, and Frank Larsen—a cohesive team of long–standing friends who collectively bring a wealth of experience in manufacturing, employee engagement, and enterprise SaaS solutions.
